Today we launch the new website of the Cambodian Food Service Workers Federation (CFSWF). This goes hand in hand with a clear growth strategy, a membership & dues CRM, and an internal training program to strengthen our day-to-day practice.
Thanks to the Nomad Impact program, we have built these tools, trained our team, and set strong foundations for responsible, sustainable growth.
Food service workers face unstable conditions: irregular income, unpredictable shifts, economic pressure. CFSWF is professionalizing to serve more members, speed up support (legal aid, organizing, campaigns), and increase transparency.
A clearer website: updated information, Get involved / Join us / Volunteer / Donate pages, and a simple form to reach us.
A membership & dues CRM: member records, payment reminders, receipts, and a dashboard to track activity (sign-ups, payments, requests).
Documented processes (onboarding, case handling, campaigns) and safeguarding & data protection standards.
Stronger capacity: the team has been trained on the tools (site, CRM, reporting) and on handover documentation for continuity.
Grow membership while improving service quality (response time, right focal point, follow-up).
Expand member support: worker-rights information, training, campaigns, and long-term accompaniment.
Transparency & accountability: simple indicators shared regularly (active members, dues recorded, actions delivered, member feedback).
